Laura Taylor, PhD, MCIP, RPP 

Dr. Laura Taylor is a consulting planner and professor of environmental planning at York University. She has served as Chair of the Greenbelt Council, advising the Minister of Municipal Affairs, and brings extensive knowledge of growth management, greenspace planning, and climate change issues in Ontario communities. Her clients include the Region of Halton, the Region of Peel, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change and she has longstanding working relationship with Hemson on municipal growth management matters. Dr. Taylor is committed to assisting local communities in considering  and enacting sustainability and climate change in planning policy, development review and approvals.
